Pancakes are flat, circular, and usually thin cakes made from a starch-based batter that can also include eggs, milk, and butter. They are usually fried in butter or oil on a heated griddle or frying pan. It’s a kind of pound cake.
The method of making the delicious pancake;
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Melted butter, milk, and egg are whisked together in a different bowl. The egg mixture should be added all at once to the well created by the dry ingredients. Use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to stir the mixture just until it is mixed. A few little lumps should be present in the batter. (If you overmix the batter, the pancakes won’t turn out well.)
